Jim Bird is currently the worship leader at Fruitful Vine Christian Church, located in the Malta Commons
next to the YMCA on the east (Rte. 9) side of the complex. Laura also serves on the worship team. Service is at 10am
each Sunday morning. The Malta Commons is off of exit 12 from the Northway.
FV also has a Saturday evening service at 6PM each week.

Update! (6/07) the
Fruitful Vine Christian Church won second place over all at the Battle of the Bands, and Best Vocal Group! While that is great,
the really good news is that the GOOD NEWS of the Gospel was spread in a worldy mall. There were even christians worshiping
the Lord in the middle of the food court...Hallelujah. We won't know until we are standing face to face with the Father how
many seeds were planted that day.
One of the songs that you can listen to on this site is "You Were There", sung by Laura
and written by Jim. The song has been entered into the 2007 CONTEMPORARY CHRISTIAN MUSIC NETWORK INTERNATIONAL (CCMNI)
songwriting contest http://christiansongwriting.com/. As of this writing (11/17), the song has made it through the first two rounds and is in the top 74 songs. There are
two more rounds, so keep us in prayer that God's will be done!
