Jim
I was raised in a little Methodist church in Newburgh NY which had a pastor who loved the Lord with all
his heart. I accepted Jesus as a very young child and was blessed to be surrounded by several God-loving men who mentored
and guided me throughout my childhood. This was God's plan to offset the effects of alcohol and abuse from my home life. At
8 years old I discovered music, at 14 I realized that the Lord intended me to serve him with my talents, and at 18 I began
writing music. I have 4 beautiful children, ages 21, 19, 17 and 15 and 1 incredible grandaughter born March, 2007. I've been
involved in worship ministry since 1985, was ordained in 2001 through the Holy Spirit Evangelical Church in Albany NY,
and am now the worship leader at Fruitful Vine Christian Church in Malta, NY. I have had the privilege of ministering in Fl.,
W. Va., Ma., N.H., Vt., NJ., Ct., Pa., Az., Ca., and all over NY. State and City. It is my heart's desire to continue to travel
and share the Lord through worship music, while maintaining my responsibilities at my home church.

I was raised in a Catholic home, the youngest of 6 kids with a single mother. Before the Lord, I was out
in bars before the legal age, having what I thought was fun, drinking with my friends and going home at any hour I pleased.
I accepted Jesus as my personal savior during my senior year in High School. At first I continued living my life my
way because I didn't attend church and received no instruction. It wasn't until after my son was born in 1990 that I finally
"sold out" to God and gave Him my life. Through my sister's invitation, I began attending Tabernacle Baptist
Church in Chicopee, MA, and gradually began to serve God with my life and my music. I spent 10+ years singing with the worship
team, in the women's trio, in the choir, as a soloist, and interpreting for the deaf. I am now on the worship team at Fruitful
Vine Christian Church in Malta, NY.
Together
We each spent more than a decade alone, and didn't know what the Lord wanted for our futures. You know those
sappy commercials for that online dating service with the couples talking about how "compatible" they are? Well.....that's
us! We were matched August 3rd, 2006, and we were married on February 10, 2007.
Ain't God good!!! We never guessed that the Lord would bring each of us a mate so perfectly matched in temperment,
talent, and calling. In the short time we have been together, we have already had the opportunity to travel across the country,
and minister in local coffee houses and churches. God has called us to worship through our music, and it is our desire to
serve Him anywhere we are called.
A Note from Jim's Bride...
Jim has a special talent that the Lord is probably very pleased with...pulling me out of my comfort
zone! I have always been quite okay with doing anything that was asked of me - if it were "behind the scenes".
Since we met, I've been dragged out of my bubble kicking and screaming. I am pleased to say, however, I have enjoyed the
results of his efforts. (shhh, don't tell Jim!)
