When Jesus said "Father, forgive them...they don't know what they are doing...", He opened the door to us
to receive every possible blessing. Those were the most powerful words spoken since the words "Let there be....".
Forgiveness rooted in the work of the cross means that there is no nook or cranny of sin that retains any power.
It means that no sin is worse than any other in the eyes of God.
It means that no infirmity can resist healing, and no condemnation can resist mercy.
It means that God is no respecter of persons, and His grace is absolutely, 100%, infallibly universal.
It means that you do not have any obligation, and in fact you have no right, to judge your own sin as being greater
than any one else's.
So what did
you find at the cross?
